Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 2026
Language note: These Terms are available in English and Spanish. In the event of a conflict between the two versions, the Spanish version is authoritative, as the service operates under Spanish law.
1. Parties
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are between EzCita, operated by Philip Murray (NIE Y5233988F, registered address: PLACEHOLDER — to be completed upon Autónomo registration), and the customer (“you”) who has placed an order.
2. What EzCita Is
EzCita is an independent appointment monitoring and booking assistance service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Spanish Government, the Ministerio del Interior, the Policía Nacional, or any public authority. Appointment monitoring is the service being purchased, not the appointment itself.
3. What We Book
EzCita only searches for and books appointments using the “Solicitar Cita sin Cl@ve” route (without Cl@ve authentication) on the Spanish government's Cita Previa portal. We do not book Cl@ve-authenticated procedures. We do not book any procedure that requires government-issued digital credentials.
4. Service Description
Upon receipt of your deposit payment, EzCita will begin continuous automated monitoring of the Spanish government's Cita Previa portal for appointment availability matching your specified province, procedure, office preferences, and date range. Monitoring runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.
5. No Guarantee of Appointment
EzCita makes no guarantee that an appointment will be found. Appointment availability depends entirely on the Spanish government's scheduling system. EzCita's obligation is to monitor and attempt to book — not to guarantee the outcome.
6. Pricing
Standard service: €29.99 total. Urgente service: €39.99 total. A deposit of €5.00 is due at booking. The remaining balance is due within 48 hours of appointment notification.
7. Deposit
The deposit of €5.00 is non-refundable in all circumstances once the search has started. Payment of the deposit confirms acceptance of these Terms and authorises EzCita to begin searching immediately.
8. Immediate Service Commencement — EU Cooling-Off Waiver
By confirming your order, you explicitly request that EzCita begins performing the service immediately upon payment. You acknowledge that by requesting immediate commencement, you waive your right to withdraw from the contract within the standard 14-day cooling-off period provided under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU).
9. Balance Payment
The remaining balance is due within 48 hours of EzCita sending the appointment notification. If the balance is not paid within 48 hours, the order is cancelled, the government appointment is released, and the deposit is retained by EzCita. No reminder to pay relieves the customer of the obligation to pay within the 48-hour window.
10. Urgente Upgrade
Upgrading to Urgente is binding and cannot be reversed. The remaining balance for Urgente orders is €34.99. No additional payment is required at the time of upgrade — the increased balance is collected along with the standard balance payment.
11. Locked Fields
The following fields are locked once the deposit is paid and cannot be changed: NIE/document number, full name, date of birth, nationality, province, and procedure. Changes to these fields require cancellation of the existing order and placement of a new order. No refund is issued if the customer provides incorrect details.
12. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all personal details provided are accurate, current, and match the documents they will present at the government appointment. EzCita is not responsible for rejected or cancelled appointments resulting from incorrect details.
13. Age Requirement
The customer must be 18 years of age or older. Parents or legal guardians may book on behalf of a minor, provided they accept these Terms on the minor's behalf and take full responsibility for the accuracy of the minor's details.
14. Acceptable Use
Each order may only be used to book one appointment for one person. Orders cannot be transferred, resold, or shared. EzCita reserves the right to cancel any order placed fraudulently or in breach of these Terms, without refund.
15. Service Hours
EzCita's automated monitoring system operates 24/7 including weekends and public holidays. Planned maintenance windows, if required, will be announced via email. Unplanned outages will be addressed as quickly as possible; no refund is issued for brief outages.
16. Data Protection
EzCita processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, available at ezcita.com/privacy. Personal data is used only to perform the services described in these Terms and to comply with legal obligations.
17. Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the following circumstances: (a) EzCita took payment but failed to create an order due to a technical error on our part; (b) EzCita issued a duplicate charge by error. In all other circumstances, deposits are non-refundable. EzCita may, at its sole discretion, issue a goodwill refund in exceptional circumstances.
18. Limitation of Liability
EzCita's total liability to the customer is limited to the amount paid by the customer. EzCita is not liable for lost appointments, missed immigration deadlines, legal consequences, or any indirect or consequential losses.
19. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and design on ezcita.com is owned by EzCita and may not be reproduced without permission.
20. Changes to Terms
EzCita reserves the right to update these Terms. Changes will be notified by email and published on the website. Continued use of the service after notification of changes constitutes acceptance.
21. Complaints
Complaints should be submitted to info@ezcita.com. We will acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to resolve within 14 business days.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
23. Language
These Terms are available in English and Spanish. In the event of a conflict between the English and Spanish versions, the Spanish version is authoritative.
